Thinking of shopping somewhere for a new car? Need a alignment done? Got a recall? 80k maintenance? Breaks and rotors need to be replaced? LISTEN TO ME NOW AND HERE!!! ‼‼‼ Do NOT take your car anywhere but to Clay Cooley Kia. I drive a 2021 Kia Telluride #coolmom I have 2 kids all their crap and their dads crap loaded down in this car. Shes been high and low drug us around the country and finally it was time to take our old girl in for some maintenance and a facelift. Called in randomly and they scheduled my appointment SAME DAY!!! Whoop whoop! Such a super easy and smooth process. My husband rolled in dropped her off and they even brought him home so he didn't have to walk back to south irving lol. Same day she was ready! Full diagnostics, breaks, rotors, engine flush, spark plugs and all kinds of other stuff that needed to be done. Went and picked her up and they washed my car and let me know that they were going to hold off on our alignment until we were ready to move forward with tires. They could of scammed us like a smaller shop or others might but they were honest and up front about how useless that was until we had new tires. Talk about a bond built and trust between customer and service advisor. We had to take our Telluride back in due to some recalls and they took her from us and had to order a part but had it legit the next morning! No waiting around for a week car less. Also took my husband home again Again I will NEVER go ANYWHERE ELSE!!! These folks took such good care of us that we will not be going back to Moritz in Fort Worth where we bought or car they gave us such wonderful multi experience, always friendly and smiling, kind, even had fruit rollups for them kids (yall know what I mean! Dealership with a toddler?? Go to the service desk idc if you're there to buy a car. Lol) they talked to my kids and actually made them feel noticed. Now let me put you on our personal service team line up!! First up JESSICA!!! She listened to my husband talking crazy madness about what he was feeling and hearing at 7 am. A true feat because I myself will not do that lol. Next up is LIONEL!!! Listened to our concerns and took our calls when our main advisor was not in and was able to always keep up with where our car was. Phenomenal customer service! And y'all know I had to save the absolute BEST for last. MITCH! Let me tell you a little about my girl Mitch. She keeps the mood light when talking to you even when delivering the news of what's needed on your car. She is thorough in explaining, doesn't skip anything, and would answer any and all questions, repeat or further explain anything we asked for more info on. I watched her speed walk to get another customers car and get her squared away and I know she had to be tired. With out skipping a beat had a huge smile and was excited to put me back in my car. If she didn't know something? She went and asked! That right there had my service from that moment on. No lies, no bs. Straight honest answers and amazing service. They say they're going to take care of you and they mean it. I know I said it many times already but thank you guys so much! And cheers to another 80k miles Back on the road rolling back to west Texas again thanks to the amazing people at Clay Cooley Kia - Rachel, Max, LW and Rora

First time going through the car buying process at a dealership. Dez made the entire process smooth and easy from start to finish. He was patient, kind, listened well to what we were looking for and heard any concerns we had. Also, he wasn't over the top sales-y which was a breath of fresh air. We purchased a 2024 Telluride at MSRP and couldn't have been happier. Would highly recommend using Dez, truly a 12/10 experience.
